Appartement refait à neuf, très bien placé, à deux pas du Canal St Martin, dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de restaurants, bars, boutiques... Facilement accessible en transports en commun (lignes de métro 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11) L'appartement est très lumineux et très calme, sous les toits (6ème étage sans ascenseur). Il est composé d'une pièce principale, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. Il est parfaitement équipé. Il s'agit de mon domicile. Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous :)
