Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, indie boutiques, hip bars, and coffee houses that line 12th Avenue South. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 minutes away by car. Parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.
