My house is at the back of a plant-lined courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms: - a large room with 1 double-bed queen size + 1 simple bed with a desk - a cosy little room with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and toilets. Large living room, open fully equiped kitchen. Welcome for musicians : There is a piano at home! Important detail: My cat lives at home. I ask you to take good care of him (feed him and clean his litter). A parking is possible at certain dates (20 €/night)

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Between them entrance, kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop, kettle, refrigerator, freezer etc. Bathroom with hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Ideal for 2 couples or family. Very silent, very safe and in walking distance to the main sightseeing points.
