The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Ce studio est idéalement situé à proximité de tout type de commerces, à 6’ à pied du Parc des Expositions, à 4’ du métro Corentin-Celton (L12) qui permet de rejoindre la gare Montparnasse en 10’, la Concorde en 25’ et toutes les autres gares de Paris en 40'. Une situation idéale pour des séjours business ou de loisirs à Paris.

Un havre de paix de 50m2, lumineux et sûr (gardienne), quartier animé avec des rues piétonnes et de très nombreux restaurants pour tous les goûts, étoilés ou simples, bars à vins, shopping, etc.

Appartement très agréable, au coeur de Paris, face à la Tour Eiffel ! lumineux car situé au dernier étage( 6 ème avec ascenseur) dans une rue très calme.Entièrement rénové en mars 2020 avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité ,bien équipé. Et bien sûr une terrasse bien sympathique pour se relaxer, prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil! Et le soir venu déguster une bonne bouteille de vin tout en admirant la tour Eiffel illuminée!
