Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

C'est notre lieu de vie parisien avec beaucoup de nos objets personnels et souvenirs. L'appartement bénéficie d'un environnement très agréable grâce à la proximité immédiate du parc Georges Brassens (7,5 hectares de verdure et de bassins). Il suffit de traverser la rue de Dantzig pour profiter de ce parc. Parking gratuit sur place.
