ce mini loft a été complètement refait dans une ancienne usine de porte clefs et de pins. Il est situé en fond de cour au calme et bénéficie d'une belle lumière toute la journée grâce a sa verrière. Je serais disponible pour vous aider tout au long de votre séjour. En cas d'absence ma soeur co-hote se tient à votre disposition. Situé à deux pas du canal Saint-Martin, de la place de la République et du Marais, le quartier regorge de restaurants, de boutiques hipster et d’animations nocturnes, le tout à proximité de lignes de métro qui vous permettront d’explorer la ville. a 3 min a pied du métro république et ses nombreuses lignes desservants tout paris.

蒙马特的艺术家工作室

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

A small high ceiling studio approx 19m2 on the 1st floor with a mezzanine, only 2 mins from the Louvre Museum and close to the River Seine and Notre Dame and Palais Royal. The design mini loft has a small sitting room area and a large double glazed window. It’s fully equipped with a kitchen. There is a pizzeria that closes around 11 40 on the ground floor and a bar opposite. If you are used to a busy lively downtown very central location, it is really unbeatable.

This very large flat is ideal for a couple or a family. It offers breathtaking views of the capital. The balcony and terrace are a plus! And you will enjoy the village atmosphere that characterises the Marais. Museums, restaurants and shops are all nearby. Families with children and babies are welcome. A cot and stair gate can be provided on request. We are very vigilant about the cleanliness and hygiene of the flat and common areas.

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. Une partie des matériaux ont été récupèré et restauré, les poutres en chêne, les portes et les radiateurs entre autres.

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
