Our apartment is located in the heart of Batignolles, a lively neighborhood in the 17th arrondissement, 15 minutes walk from Montmartre. You will find many restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. The apartment is 100m2, on the 5th floor with a lift, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separated toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a charming Haussman style apartment with numerous original features such as herring-bone parquet floor, moldings on the ceiling, and 2 marble fireplaces

Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party! I offer an optional "ROMANCE PACKAGE" who comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed and a good bottle of champagne to SURPRISE your love one!

The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Proche du métro, des restaurants et de bars, de boutiques de déco et de design, de prêt à porter et de commerces d'alimentation ( on adore manger aux Batignolles!) à 5 minutes, à des prix abordables. Un vrai village, très sûr, cool et animé, pour vivre la vie comme les parisiens!

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
