Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Il se situe à proximité de nombreux commerces, restaurants, piscine/patinoire/cinéma et de la station de métro Laumière qui vous mènera au cœur de Paris en quelques minutes.
