Right in the center of the city, easily walkable, this is the perfect base for your Paris getaway, only steps away from the river, charming cafés and Notre-Dame. With design furniture and views on the island’s iconic XVII century buildings, the flat is quiet, comfortable and comes equipped with a home cinema and smart TV. As this is our home, we don’t accept any pets, parties or groups.

It has been recently and carefully renovated throughout. The location is ideal—perfectly quiet yet right in the heart of the much sought-after 10th arrondissement. The Canal Saint-Martin is just a 5-minute walk away, Place de la République is 6 min, and the Marais is 15 min. Six metro lines are within a 5-minute walk.
