au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Idéal pour les familles ! Appartement 3 pièces 60 m2 avec parking privé, dans quartier plaisant (restaurants, commerces, jardins ). Métro/bus proches : stations Buzenval, Avron et Nation (+RER). Au 2e étage d'un immeuble ancien, bien tenu, profitez d'un logement lumineux avec une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, un salon avec espace avec TV et Wifi. Chambre n°1 : 2 ou 3 personnes (1 lit double+1 lit simple), chambre n°2 : 2 personnes (1 lit 120 + 1 lit 80), salon : 1 lit d'appoint.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Bright 70m2 apartment-lots of charm-Large living room, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds each with bathroom (including 1 convertible into 2 single beds). Equipped kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. laundry.

Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
