Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Studio tout équipé, très lumineux, en excellent état (salle de bain refaite il y a un an et literie entièrement changée en janvier 2025) . Un grand ventilateur, très efficace, simple d’utilisation et comprenant plusieurs modes assure de la fraîcheur pendant l’été. Le logement est également très calme: pas de passage de voitures en contrebas car l'appartement donne sur un square. Les couples queer sont les bienvenus !

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants.
