Appartement charmant, spacieux et lumineux . Parfait pour un couple. Il est au calme, entouré de verdure et donne sur le beau parc des Buttes Chaumont. Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

Mon appartement est situé dans un immeuble ancien typiquement parisien dans un quartier animé et familial de Paris, à 50 mètres du cimetière du Père Lachaise, dans une rue calme proche de la place Gambetta. Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
