My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Il comprend 4 couchages : 1 lit double (160x200 cm) en mezzanine donnant sur le salon (petite hauteur sous plafond voir photo), et 2 chauffeuses au rez-de chaussée dans le salon. Calme mais au coeur d'un quartier commerçant et très animé. Base de départ idéale pour visiter paris ou pour travailler. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.

And you will enjoy the village atmosphere that characterises the Marais. Museums, restaurants and shops are all nearby. Families with children and babies are welcome. A cot and stair gate can be provided on request. We are very vigilant about the cleanliness and hygiene of the flat and common areas.
