This bijoux duplex apartment on the Left Bank in the heart of St. Germain is situated in a historic 17th century building just opposite the Musee Mailol and Fontaine des Quatre Saisons. The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. We are always available for anything that you might need during your stay, and happy to assist in making your time in paris perfect! This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. An array of delightful culinary offerings and dining experiences at every turn make this arrondissement quintessential Paris at its very best! The recently opened Beau Passage, adds yet another gourmet haven to the neighborhood. We are situated within a short walking distance to many of the main attractions of central Paris including: The Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Musee Maillol, Seine River, Invalides, all of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marche department store, Cafe Flore, Cafe Deux Magots and more. There are 3 Metro stations serving this area: Rue du Bac on Line 12, Sevres Babylone on Line 10 and 12 and St. Germain des Pres on Line 4. 1. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Loft calme dans un ancien atelier d'artiste à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg

L'appartement de 70m2 est en duplex et a été entièrement rénové récemment. Les volumes sont très séduisants avec parfois 5 mètres de hauteur sous plafond. Le mur principal est une grande bain vitrée. Il n'est pas possible d'occulter la lumière et la chambre, qui est ouverte, n'est pas dans l'obscurité au lever du soleil. Le premier niveau est une grande pièce à vivre, confortable, avec une cuisine ouverte. S'y trouve un canapé-lit très confortable. Aménagé sur le modèle du loft, les espaces sont communicants et idéaux pour un couple ou une petite famille. À l'étage, notre chambre se situe à côté de la salle de bain, avec douche et baignoire. Se trouve également la chambre de nos trois enfants qui n'est pas accessible (c'est trop compliqué de ranger tous les jouets...) Vous disposez de l’appartement et de la possibilité de rester quelques instants au calme dans la cour où un banc et des sièges de jardin sont disposés. Notre appartement se trouve au cœur d'un quartier extrêmement sympathique et soigné. L'endroit est idéal pour profiter de la vie parisienne, avec ses nombreux restaurants de qualité, des rues paisibles, des commerces de bouche comme de mode. Notre appartement est très bien desservi. Il est à proximité de la station Vavin de la ligne 4, de Notre-Dame-des-Champs de la ligne 12 et de Raspail sur la ligne 6. La station RER de Port-Royal est toute proche et permet de se rendre directement à Charles-de-Gaulle ou à Orly.

The Odeon area, Saint Sulpice Place, Notre Dame, the quartier latin, Pantheon, le Bon Marché and Saint Germain des prés are at ten minutes walk. Double living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a water closet. Lots of restaurants nearby, French fashion shops, rue Vavin and a typical French bakery just down the building. Many metro and bus stations around.
