With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Ground floor, spacious (43 sqm/460 sqft) apartment, on quiet residential street . Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom with stackable beds, can be set up as a large queen bed, or two side-by-side single beds, or one single bed. Eat-in kitchen with combo microwave/traditional oven, half-size dishwasher, granite countertop and glass tiles. In living room sofa folds open. Access to small and functional courtyard for drying clothes or storing outdoor gear (bike, strollers, etc.).

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.
