Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!
