Cwt Glo is a cosy and peaceful cottage for two in Northern Snowdonia nestled between two mountain ranges the Carneddau and Glyderau. Cwt Glo is situated in a small village near Bethesda called Mynydd Llandygai. There is private off road parking next to the cottage. Cwt Glo is Welsh for Coal house and the cottage was the place where the coal was weighed and measured. The property has been both a farm and coal yard for the local area. Cwt Glo is a semi sustainable/off grid cottage it has a solar and wind system however there is the backup of mains electricity. There is also an LPG central heating and hot water system. The cottage has a wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm in the evening after a busy day exploring the local area. We also provide the wood for your stay.

Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Tan Lon Cottage is an idyllic break away.

Our family cottage is full of character and charm and has been in the family for over 90 years. Built in the 1820s, it has lots of original features; open fireplace, yet has the comforts of modern living ; wifi, central heating. Versatile and very comfortable trundle beds, which convert to either a single, twin or king size in bedrooms- sleeps 4. A peaceful, rural location with stunning sea view over the bay, a dog friendly pub 8 mins walk away and 30 mins walk down the hill to the beach.

This ancient, stone-built cottage offers a luxurious getaway in the heart of North Wales, minutes from Snowdonia, Conwy and Llandudno. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, and features a peaceful, nature-filled garden with far-reaching views. You don't want to miss out on the huge two-person soaking tub, perfect to relax in after a day's hiking. The cottage has lovely original features, such as the charming staircase, exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove (logs not provided) & wooden floorboards. Quality cooker, fridge and kitchen items. Sleeping 2 in a super king Feather & Black bed with Emma mattress, a z-bed is available if requested for a young child.

It's a great base to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia and North Wales’ coast. Great for couples and well behaved dogs are very welcome

A converted quarryman's cottage from around 1870, situated in upper Rachub, in the foothills of Snowdonia: Bank's Cottage has stunning views from the main accommodation, taking in most of Anglesey from a viewpoint over 700 feet above sea-level. We're a two-minute drive from Zip World and walks and climbing in the glorious Carneddau are literally out back of the property: the Snowdonia National Park begins fifty metres the other side of our garden wall.

The house is within walking distance of the village, 5 minutes from the Zip wire and 20 minutes from Anglesey and Snowdon.
