It sits in a perfect little town to enjoy walking the beach, clam digging, beach combing and amazing sunsets. We are dog friendly, have a fenced yard for kids and a fire pit to roast s'mores! The home is spacious, comfortable and resort-like with its private hot tub, outdoor furniture and sauna. It has heated floors, a gas fireplace, and A/C. It has a shared dock w/ 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.

Fully stocked with coffee, spices, cooking needs, towels and linens. Great for two families. Just bring your clothes and food. It's an flat 50 yard walk to the beach access. Within 2 minutes walk you can be at the beach to the west, the state park to the south, or main street shops to the north. Permit # 22-2778.

Depending on the season, charter a boat to enjoy whale watching, crabbing or fishing. The ocean is your playground, enjoy!

* The cabin is close to the park, hiking trails, boat launch boat and bike rentals. You’ll love my place because of the views, being right on the private beach and the quiet peninsula.
