This quaint and unique place is close to Dunfermline town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Guests have the use of the property owners garden and patio. The flat has it's own rear access with security lighting. The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

Our lovely flat is located in a listed building on Aberdour's Main Street. There is a 5 minute walk to the station and the village centre's pubs and shops, 5 minutes to the Fife Coastal Path and 10 minutes to the beach and harbour. Edinburgh City Centre is 30 minutes by train (airport 45 minutes). We have off street parking and are next door to a corner shop. The flat has free WiFi . There is a wood burning stove in the living room and the flat has been recently decorated in neutral tones.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
