A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

A one-bedroom attached cottage situated in a peaceful and picturesque location about six miles from both Dunkeld and Blairgowrie. Ideally positioned to take advantage of all Perthshire has to offer. There are challenging cycling routes and wonderful woodland walks close by, as well as some notable Munros to the north, including Ben Lawers. The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen.
