Garn-y-Skirrid Cabin

Garn-y-Skirrid is an wooden cabin with wildlife friendly garden for 1 or 2 people with shower room and well equipped kitchenette. Close to the Brecon Beacons, just 3 miles from Abergavenny with outstanding views and ideal for enjoying all the outdoor opportunities: walking, cycling, wild swimming etc. £10 per night discount for single occupancy. One pet welcome but not in Feb/ March/April when we are lambing. A warm welcome is extended to all guests by the owners, Tom and Marjorie, next door.

The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.

The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

New for August 2021, a self-enclosed one bedroom guest house at the feet of the Brecon Beacons. Log cabin on organic farm

Just 10 minutes by car from Abergavenny but a peaceful country retreat. Simple, modern log cabin with open plan sitting/kitchen/dining with double sofa bed & a double bedroom and bathroom. 50 metres behind the farmhouse, away from the road and screened by trees. There are board games, books, toys etc. Wifi available, basic CD player/radio plus CDs Garden furniture for sitting out. Homemade firepit. Farm to wander over. Animals to see. Good places to eat out. Walking in the hills.

Daisy Lodge is set in the garden of our beautiful country home, see location photo for proximity to our home. We are 3.2 miles from the wonderful market town of Abergavenny, gateway to the Beacons National Park. We have amazing views of Skirrid Mountain and countryside. You can roam freely around our 5 acres of land/garden . We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

Just three minutes walk from the centre of town, this well-appointed townhouse is ideal for the weekend break, a walking holiday in the Black Mountains, or just a relaxed stay. It sleeps 4 with two bedrooms and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom complete with complimentary Bramley products. Family and pet friendly, enjoy the incredible walking, tourist and dining scene close by with multiple Michelin stared restaurants and historical sights near by. This cottage comes with a wood fired hot tub and a private stretch of river with fishing rights.

Waterloo Too - Guest house in a wildlife paradise

One mile from Raglan this little house is seriously comfortable. A great base for anyone visiting the Welsh borders. It has its own garden but there is plenty more garden, a pond and an orchard to explore and relax in. The wildlife and night skies here are spectacular! Well equipped with a huge sofa, WiFi, TV and Netflix. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. If there is anything you need just ask the owner who lives next door.
