Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Abingdon Marina Apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy your stay at our first floor self contained Annexe on Abingdon Marina . Take a short walk along The River Thames Path into the historic Town Of Abingdon On Thames. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can hire day boats and paddle boards near Abingdon bridge for the day. There is a regular bus service to Oxford City Centre. You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

Oxfordshire village charm

Set in the pretty village of Sunningwell, close to Oxford and Abingdon, a spacious detached 2 bedroom bungalow, with lounge, kitchen and beautiful conservatory. There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

Located just a few minutes' walk from the banks of the beautiful River Thames in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. The Historic Market Town Abingdon-on -Thames is only a ten-minute walk away. The city of Oxford is eight miles away, to which there are excellent bus links. Enjoy Abingdon exploring its lovely gardens, historic buildings, walks and splendid array of independent business’s. Or venture in to the University City of Oxford, a city steeped in history and culture.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Close the market town of Wallingford, Chiltern Hills, The Ridgeway, as well as Harwell Campus, Milton Park and Culham Campus.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Located at the end of a quiet lane, on the outskirts of the historic riverside market town of Abingdon. Split over two floors; the ground floor housing a kitchen, breakfast bar and living space, and on the first floor a large bedroom with seating area, and a separate bathroom. We also have driveway parking available for one car.
