3 bedrooms perfect for family or a group of 6-7 friends, Rusutsu Cottage is located in Rus town, 5 min drive or bus ride from Rusutsu Resort. Cozy Japanese style cottage, 50 metres from a mini market and homestyle Japanese restaurant. Warm and cozy with heated living room floor and wood stove. Fully equipped kitchen ready for group meals. 10 mins walk to the farmers market and butcher. *Winter season we prefer 1 week minimum but we will consider shorter time periods depending on our calendar*

Completed in 2019, with 4 bedrooms plus a tatami room, this 3-storey resort home fits 10 and is perfect for families or groups of friends. After a day skiing Niseko's slopes, relax in the enormous bathtub and take in the Yotei view. And socialise in style in the spacious living room with premium dining table, modern furniture and a huge smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV.

完全独立型二世帯住宅のような建物です。 1LDKのこぢんまりとした一棟貸しです。 寝室１、ベッド２台。 建物は新しくシンプルです。 お部屋は1LDKで、2名様までご宿泊いただけます。 隣の家にはホストが居住しています。 ニセコスキー場エリアから、少し離れた静かな別荘地にあります。 ニセコの各スキー場や、大きいスーパーマーケットまで、車で20分。 ルスツリゾートスキー場まで、車で30分。 ニセコビュープラザ（道の駅）まで車で5分。 セルフチェックイン、セルフチェックアウトで入室退出できます。 徒歩圏内に駅やバス停やお店はありません。 買い物やレストランやスキーへ行くにも、車が必ず必要な場所です。 ペットは1匹まで同伴OK（ペット料金2000円。トイレトレーニング済みの子のみ可能） 外に出て、近所を少し散歩すると、晴れた日には羊蹄山や遠くにスキー場が見えます。 ※2027年から冬季のみの営業になります。 ※ニセコ町と北海道で導入されている「宿泊税」並びに、2026年9月15日以降の「Airbnb宿泊手数料」は、宿泊料金に含まれております。

The chalet is a cozy and welcoming cocoon, perfect for family holidays. Following several successful seasons, we have upgraded the property with a redesigned kitchen ideal for dining up to 12 guests and added a new bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The chalet now offers 5 bedrooms, an open living space with Mount Yotei views, Bose sound system, Smart TV, and a 4WD Mitsubishi Delica. An anti-COVID-19 cleaning treatment is included before arrival.
