Set in the picturesque Rossendale moors, this quaint, hill top, private gated bungalow is the ultimate retreat for anyone seeking peace and tranquility. Plenty of private outdoor space and gardens, for BBQ's and chilling Local Rossendale Valley activities include walking, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, cycling and even dry ski slope

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

The Octagon, Wooden Cabin in Private 2 Acre Woods

The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends.Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. A caravan is available for £100 sleeping 4. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Corn Mill Cottage, 4A Oswaldtwistle

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Originally a Corn Mill located in the village of Oswaldtwistle. It has been renovated into a 2 bedroom self contained apartment to the highest standards. It comprises of a large double bedroom, single bedroom, open plan living area, kitchen/diner with separate storage cupboards. It is located 500 metres to the open countryside which leads you to an array of lovely walks and nature reserve.

Heather Cottage On't Cobbles

Nestled within the idyllic village of Haworth at the heart of Bronte Country; Our little holiday cottage stands proud at the very top of the historical cobbled street. With exposed original features and rich colour schemes drawn from the picturesque surroundings of the Haworth moors (where Cathy and Heathcliffe ran wild!) guests can expect to be transported to an earlier time whilst still benefiting from the luxury of modern-day amenities.

Cosy countryside lodge with wood-fired hot tub (no bubbles). Sleeps 4,Optional private sauna hire available for a relaxing rural escape. There is Gas central heating which is on for three hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning during the months of Oct 1st to March 31st. If heating is required after this that period there is an off grid charge of £65 for up to 3 days April 1st to Sep 30th) must be booked a week in advance x

A rural off grid country cottage If you want to unwind ,rest and relax then this is the place . If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking
