The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

Χαλαρώστε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Εδώ θα μπορέσετε να ηρεμήσετε και να απολαύσετε τα καταγάλανα νερά της υπεροχής παραλίας της Πουντας. Απέχει μόνο 1. 30 ώρα από την Αθηνα, 30' από την Πάτρα και 35' από τα Καλάβρυτα. Σε 5' μπορείτε να είστε στο Διακοπτο και να πάρετε τον Οδοντωτό σιδηρόδρομο για Καλάβρυτα. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και καφέ. Απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας σε έναν μοναδικό, ανεξάρτητο χώρο που θα σας καλύψει όλες τις αναγκες σας.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
