Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις.
