Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Genari Beach Apartments is situated in a private vineyard. It overlooks the bay of the Ionian Sea with spectacular views to the sea, to the foreshores of Kyllini and on a clear day to the islands of Zakynthos and Kefallonia. A small family-run resort of four different apartments/houses for all year holidays with its own entrance (gate) and private garden and has direct access to the bay. It was built with special care and respect for the architecture beauty of the area.

The house is facing the west-coast and enjoys magic sunsets either from the terrace or while lying down on the bed of the main bedroom. It is loved by children and by those that love to be close to the sea all day long.

Villa Faidra is a small and cozy studio, with undivided interior space. Our newly built house consist of a double bed,a sofa-bed ,kitchen, lunchplace and a bath. In addition,the house boasts air-condition. A peaceful place near the city center(2km).Our home is located near the beach (800m) ,Ancient Olympie (20km about) and Katakolo port.
