Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The beachfront cottage is located in front of the beach of Agios Elias in southwest Greece opposite to the island of Zakynthos. It has 4 bedrooms and all of them enjoy a view to the beach. The house is facing the west-coast and enjoys magic sunsets either from the terrace or while lying down on the bed of the main bedroom. It is loved by children and by those that love to be close to the sea all day long.
