Die Unterkunft ist in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet gelegen, unweit des Grasberger Hofes. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Der Garten, die Terrasse und das Trampolin können mitbenutzt werden. Im Ort sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants vorhanden. Fahrräder (2 Damenräder) können gegen eine Gebühr ausgeliehen werden. Das eigene Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Dusche, Wc, Waschtisch mit Spiegel, Handtuchheizkörper und Fön.
