The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Akropole, a major leisure center with shopping, bowling, cinema, ice skating, gym, and dining. Riga Town Hall Square is 5.5 km away, the Latvian National Opera is 6.9 km, and Lido Krasta with its restaurant, bar, mini zoo, and fountain is 1.3 km away. Riga Airport is 15 km from the apartment. There are good public transport links with trams and trains. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, steamer, and bed linens.

The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

It's is located in freshly developed business area 10 minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to a bus or tram station. There is also restaurant, shopping mall and children's playground nearby the apartment. The flat is suitable for couples, families with kids and friends.

There is also a shopping mall within walking distance. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch available in the living room. Free parking for your car in a closed backyard of the building. (There is no elevator)
