Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Stay cozy in a small top-floor studio. Then step onto a rooftop terrace with expansive views of Mount Lycabettus and the city. It's a fun and casual space with colorful artwork, vintage ads, rugs, and furnishings. Refresh in a roomy walk-in shower. A modern chic studio apartment with a cosy feel to it, located in the center of a trendy and urban neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Perfect for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the Little House on the Rooftop is ready to accommodate all of your needs. It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet street although in walking distance from the historic center of Athens and downtown. The Museum of Modern Art is 50 metres away and it takes 10 minutes walk to reach Plaka, Parthenon, the ancient theater of Herodes, the Acropolis Museum., Monastiraki, and the Flea Market, Syntagma Square ad Philopapou Hill. The neighborhood of Koukaki which is full of cafes, restaurants and lively pedestr. streets is only 3 minutes walk and just across the street.
