Studio311 is detached from the main home providing privacy. It’s on the second story of a building on our property. The room offers a queen size bed, internet, bathroom with a stand up shower, Smart 55” TV, small fridge, kitchenette. Ductless split air system to regulate the temperature. Tankless hot water heater for your hot water needs.

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. Please note; my minimum stay is 2 nights and there is no TV in the cottage. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Located in Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown, this private and cozy bungalow is available and within 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants.
