Studio311 is detached from the main home providing privacy. It’s on the second story of a building on our property. The room offers a queen size bed, internet, bathroom with a stand up shower, Smart 55” TV, small fridge, kitchenette. Ductless split air system to regulate the temperature. Tankless hot water heater for your hot water needs.

You'll have books, a projector and a kitchen inside, while outside you have a hot tub, hammock, games, a BBQ, fire-pit and even bikes! Come give the tiny life a try before you sell all your worldly possessions, and enjoy your own private oasis!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. Please note; my minimum stay is 4 nights and there is no TV in the cottage. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. This house is tucked away with private parking, has abundant natural light and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. *Hot tub has been discontinued.
