We believe it may be the first shipping container double east of the Mississippi River and perhaps unique to the U.S. at the time. The container home is near historic downtown, Marysville Hospital, Muirfield, Mad River SKI, Nestle's, Scotts and Honda of America locations. This whimsical one bedroom home offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and is furnished with antiques, heirlooms and assorted treasures collected by the owners in their travels as antique dealers. We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

The Grady House

Located right across the street from Ohio Northern University’s campus and steps from downtown, this home was one of the first places ONU Founder, Henry Solomon Lehr lived when he ventured to Ada, Ohio. His granddaughter lived there carrying on the Lehr-Kennedy legacy.
