Kostantakis泳池别墅

Apartment of 70sqm on ground floor in residential area of Pollonia , just 4 min on foot from the center and 2 min from sea shore . Pool and terrace totally protected from North winds and for your private use only. The house is in calm neighbourhood of Pollonia only 300 m from the center with restaurants and shops and 200 m from the sea. Daily cleaning is included and optional during your stay . Wine tasting in Kostantakis Winery (at 4 min walking distance) is included .

Our goal is for our guests to enjoy their holiday exploring new places and gaining new experiences, but, at the same time, having a quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment features a queen-size bed with anatomical mattress with a selection of anatomical pillows available. The kitchen of the apartment is ideal for meal preparation as well. The guests may choose to relax in the garden or swim in the 15m² pool, exclusively available to them.
