This room is small, but cozy, and it is ideal for the single guest. The room is furnished with an antique, marble-top dresser and side tables, smart TV, and a wrought-iron double bed. In summer, the room is cooled with a modern mini-split unit and a ceiling fan. In winter, the room is warmed by the mini-split unit and a radiator with thermostat control.

This luxurious second floor Executive Suite overlooking York Street is dedicated to Miss Dorothy, who was the previous owner of the home until 2012. Miss Dorothy purchased the 8700 square foot home in June of 2001 with hopes of someday turning the home into a Bed and Breakfast. Although, during her ownership she was not able to open the home as a Bed and Breakfast she used the home as an art studio and converted the Carriage house into her doll shop.

The Lavender House is an enchanting pre-Civil War farmhouse nestled in the middle of a working 600 acre farm. It was remodeled with love 18 years ago and became a cozy family home, where children grew and memories were created. Full of charm, The Lavender House boasts hand chosen antiques, beautiful wood beams, original hard wood flooring and a wood burning fireplace to warm your winter nights. Colonial Era Spring House

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
