Spacious 3-bedroom home in the mountains, with a large yard and stunning panoramic view of the Green Mountains. Main floor has a kitchen, living room, wood stove, and full bath with a modern cabin feel, plus an open loft that can function as the third bedroom and/or remote work space. Downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, plenty of storage for ski equipment. 20 minutes from Mad River Glen Ski Resort and 25-30 minutes from Mt. Ellen & Sugarbush Resort. We are ski in/ walk out snow dependent and minutes from Mt Ellen and Mad River. Mountain Biking, snowshoe and hiking trails at Sugarbush are steps away. A common pool and tennis courts during the summer.

It's an easy walk to the historic Waitsfield Common Road, locally known as one of the best walking/biking roads in the Valley, if not all of Vermont. The ski resorts are a 10 to 15 minute drive away. In the warmer months this is a great starting point for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. After a day out, unwind in the hot tub and take in the fresh air.
