One bedroom with queen size bed and additional sleeping space for one on a sofa located in the living room (or bring your own blow up mattress to sleep more). Bathroom has walk in shower, and essential toiletries. Enjoy seasonal outdoor pool during summertime. Children's swingset outside. WIFI, and outside deck provided for your enjoyment. Perfect for small families or couples who enjoy the outdoors.

Our newly renovated condo has all that you need to unplug and relax, either for ski in and ski out, to enjoy summer at one of the many water holes or an adventurous mountain biking ride or the beautiful foliage during wedding season in Vermont. Perfectly situated, near restaurants, several walking distance like the renowned Chez Henri. Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

This bright and open Mountainside condo is 30 feet from the Out to Lunch trail, where you can ski or bike right to the ski lifts and bike trails. Enjoy amenities such as the brand new balcony, relaxing gas fireplace, seasonal outdoor pool, washer/dryer, assigned locker for ski and snowboard storage, and a large smart TV. The host owns a second condo in the same complex and would be happy to accommodate large groups!

Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.
