Lake Forest Lodge is a spacious luxury log home w/ rustic modern charm. 5Bdrms/3.5Ba, a tranquil & sophisticated retreat. The main lvl primary suite boasts a king bed, & a luxurious en-suite full bath. Wood-burning fireplace in the grand living area, cozy furnishings & open-concept which connects the living space & fully-equipped kitchen. The sun room offers panoramic views of the landscape. Enjoy biking, hiking, rafting, and lake activities (including boating, swimming, and fishing). In the winter, go cross-country skiing and enjoy 3 Ski Resorts within a 30-minute drive. Our family-friendly location features a spacious living room that feels like a lodge, making it the perfect place to spend quality time with family after outdoor activities.

We are conveniently located 3-miles from the Youghiogheny Dam and boat launch. Looking for an adventure? We are 4-miles from the Youghiogheny River Trail (part of the Great Allegheny Passage)and 12-miles to Ohiopyle State Park. Test your endurance on one of the many hiking trails, take a guided rafting tour or kayak down the Youghiogheny River.

Turkeyfoot Wisteria Apartment

The Turkeyfoot Wisteria is a very convenient first floor apartment located on the Confluence of the three rivers. The livingroom has two fold down sofas and a flat screen tv. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full kitchen and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Each apartment has a private outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful view. We are very conveniently located to everything in town including the bike trail, and great fishing at your fingertips.

The KLAE House is perfectly situated within sight of the GAP Bike Trail and within walking distance to the Casselman River. Also, centrally located near Ohiopyle State Park, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Yough Lake, Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and much more. This home has been completely renovated and designed with a unique vintage/modern style. The KLAE House is the perfect getaway for a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by nature on your own private hillside.

Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

Flanigan Farmhouse - Cozy, modern 3 bdr on 4 acres

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

The Conduit at Confluence

25 minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, 10 mins. from Ohiopyle, 100 yards from the river and less than a mile to Lake Yeogh. The Conduit at Confluence is your place to stay to get back in touch with nature. The Allegheny passage bike/hike trail is right in town, with Ohiopyle a short and flat hour bike ride away. The home has all of the modern conveniences, including deck for relaxing and grilling, and a fenced backyard for the pups.

The house is close to the treasures of the Laurel Highlands. Top attractions are the Confluence rivers and Lake, Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Seven Springs and Nemacolin Woodlands. You’ll love the place because of the ambiance of the house. The screened in porch is very relaxing after a day at the beach, on the lake or river or on the slopes.
