This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Located in cosmopolitan Thebarton just 2km from the CBD, the studio is a 10 minute walk to the free tram that will take you into the city.
