This rustic tiny home is architecturally designed and constructed almost entirely of recycled materials gathered from house demolitions. Situated in an amazing location overlooking large lawns and a pond with sea views only 20mins from the cbd. We would love to share our quirky home with you. Enjoy a hot baguette from Goodwood Rd Boulangerie or a selection of European delicacies from gourmet shop next door. Or cycle for a morning swim along the beautiful Mike Turtur City to Glenelg bikeway. The tram to Adelaide or right to the beach is 8 min away. You can also walk to the city - Adelaide's Victoria square is only 3 km away.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
