This rustic tiny home is architecturally designed and constructed almost entirely of recycled materials gathered from house demolitions. Situated in an amazing location overlooking large lawns and a pond with sea views only 20mins from the cbd. We would love to share our quirky home with you. Located in the heart of one of the most popular Adelaide inner suburbs, you will be just a quick stroll to cosmopolitan King William Rd bars and restaurants. Enjoy a hot baguette from Goodwood Rd Boulangerie or a selection of European delicacies from gourmet shop next door. Or cycle for a morning swim along the beautiful Mike Turtur City to Glenelg bikeway. The tram to Adelaide or right to the beach is 8 min away. You can also walk to the city - Adelaide's Victoria square is only 3 km away.

Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880. Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a couple of minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills. Our large Pool Villa apartment, which is totally private & secluded, has a landscaped courtyard with an in-ground pool (open seasonally) plus large kitchen and bathroom, with claw-foot bath.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
