Dining table with two chairs. Basic kitchen utensils and silverware. Workspace: desk, swivel chair. The entrance path is sloping, may be difficult for guests with mobility challenges.

We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
