Located a 10 minute walk to downtown Silver Spring, including AFI theater, restaurants, a movie theater, stores, and a 20 minute walk to the Washington Metro (subway), Silver Spring station.

Come enjoy our guest suite located in a lush residential neighborhood a mile from the University of Maryland, College Park. It's an ideal stay for visitors to UMD, nearby government agencies, and the Washington Metropolitan Area. There are several accessible transportation options nearby including the WMATA metro, Shuttle-UM, Anacostia Trail System, and e-scooters. We also have bikes available for guest use. Our neighborhood features a park with game courts, exercise equipment, and a playground.

Suburban Sanctuary

My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood, approximately 20 minutes from Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. It is a large two level ranch style home. Your bedroom and private bathroom will be on the main level where you enter the home. The kitchen, dining and living room reserved for guests is on the lower level which is above ground with a sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Driveway parking is available.

Located in a quiet, owner occupied single-family home in a tree lined neighborhood, it is beautiful and has lots of peaceful outdoor serenity spaces. The studio unit has its own entrance and full bathroom. Touring DC? Ride 6 or 7 minutes from our location to the Silver Spring Metro station where you can park your car and hop on the subway to get right downtown!

NARA guest house (unofficial) and UMD guest House (unofficial) Ideal for researchers and students to Univ. of Maryland and NARA visitors and D.C. visitors . The guests can use dining room, living room, laundry machine, kitchen, microoven, and own refrigerator. Free-Wifi and parking will be provided. Univ. of Maryland College Park, and Federal Archive Building is 20 minutes walking distance. It is a cozy and comfortable room to stay. Safe neighborhood. One person per room.

We are close to main high ways and public transportation stops such as bus and metro, with have some near by plazas that have some shops and restaurants, this room is in the second level with a shared common area that has a TV, coffee maker, and mini fridge, also has a private entrance We have other rooms in this floor that have other guest from time to time but your room is never shared and we have a smart TV inside the room with Netflix available

Cozy Studio in NE DC

Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.
