The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. Апартаменты расположены в центре города, рядом с центральным парком с озером. Вокруг дома большое количество ресторанов, аптек и продуктовых магазинов. Есть свое терасса, а так же дворик. К сожалению на против нас, через дорогу, идёт строительство дома, соответственно в дневное время возможен шум.
