This space is perfect for groups, families, or business travelers. Sleeps up to 5 people (base price: 2 guests; $10/night each additional guest).The suite has a gas fireplace, queen bed, full size futon and air mattress, coffee nook, and TV / Netflix. Located near I-35 with easy access to restaurants, breweries and more in the Des Moines and Ames area.

It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 4. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
