Two floors Mansion 250 sq. m. with collectible furniture from the last century that converses with modern furniture, original real paintings, personal aesthetics from me, a Greek woman who was lucky enough to be born in this Neoclassical just a few metters to Acropolis

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

This is a 16th-century mansion house that is located in one of the most picturesque spots of the old market in Parikia. Right next to the Frankish Castle. The house is 120m2 very bright and has all the comforts to accommodate up to 5 adults. It is located on the 1st floor consisting of two bedrooms, one living room with dining area, one bathroom, one fully equipped kitchen, one spacious living room with a sofa bed and two balconies with view to the traditional market.
