Aeginia 3- Relaxing apartment- 100m from the beach

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the fishing village of perdika, which is famous for the wonderful sandy beach of Perdika and many traditional taverns with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. The apartment is in a large private villa only 100 m away from the sea and the promenade of the resort with the main traditional port with many restaurants, cafes, bars, meat and fish shops and tourist shops. At the same building there are also two more apartments Aeginia 1 and Aeginia 2

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Modern, 30sq. spacious apartment, located in the northern part of Aegina island, in Souvala. Inside there is a 7 sq. wooden mezzanine (loft) that separates the main sleeping area from the rest.Maximum accommodation 4 persons. Highlight of the area is Loutra beach, a very beautiful child-friendly organized sandy beach with beach bar, just 50m from the studio. Walking distance from the apartment is Souvala Port were there are restaurants, mini market, a super market, bakery, pharmacy, cafe bars.

Located in the heart of Aegina town, 5 min walk from the port, near the market and 10 min walk from the closest beach. This luminous studio (30 sq.mt ) totally renovated, located in a safe area near the island nightlife. In the back of the studio you can relax in the private patio to enjoy your breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, oven as well as washing machine and with many other electrical appliances. The place is air conditioned.

Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο ενώ παράλληλα υπάρχει ηρεμία και ησυχία στην περιοχή. Μπορεί κάποιος να πάει εύκολα με τα πόδια στον πολυσύχναστο παραλιακό δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά αλλά κ στο λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, το οίκημα βρίσκεται κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια προσφέρουν άνεση, η κουζίνα είναι λειτουργική και το σαλόνι φτιαγμένο για χαλάρωση βλέποντας το όμορφο ηλιοβασίλεμα.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

Aegina Heights is located right in the centre of Aegina town … it is a beautifully renovated apartment, with a cute little balcony for outdoor dining. It is a minute’s walk from the town quay (and port), and Aegina beaches … all amenities close to hand (shops, tavernas, restaurants, etc), and easy access to other parts of the island.

Seafront Vacation House

It's a wonderful first floor house by the sea, nearby Aigina port (1.8km distance), full of light, three balconies, a really simple interior and a colorful attic, which makes it a great place to relax, enjoy the sea view and get the best out of this lovely island.
