Este situata in partea de est a Capitalei, la aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos de parcul IOR si de statiile de metrou Costin Georgian si Titan. In imediata apropiere se afla piata agroalimentara, supermarket, cafenea si pizzerie. Check-in independent.

Ești aproape de gura de Metrou Pipera și de liniile de transport în comun Voluntari cu trasee spre Băneasa Shopping City, Platforma Corporate Pipera (+ stația de metrou), Colentina sau Obor. De la Aeroportul Otopeni ajungi aici în aprox. 25min (cu Uber, Bolt sau Taxi).
