Βρίσκεται σε έναν μικρό οικισμό, τις Κάπαρες, λιγότερο από ένα 1 χλμ μακριά από τις παραλίες Αγία Άννα και Πλάκα προσφέροντας μια αξεπέραστη πανοραμική θέα. Τα σπίτια συνδυάζουν το νησιώτικο στυλ με bohemian λεπτομέρειες οι οποίες χαρίζουν μια αίσθηση ζεστασιάς και κάνουν τον επισκέπτη να νιώθει σαν στο σπίτι του. Στόχος μας ήταν όλα τα μέρη του συγκροτήματος να σχεδιαστούν με κομψότητα και υψηλή αισθητική.
