Just 30m from the sea and a few minutes from the colorful port of the city, where you can enjoy the bright sun of Crete. You will fall in love with this property as soon as you see it - beautiful, modern, fresh decor and immaculate in every way. The master bedroom is up on the cozy attic and it has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed that can transformed into a double bed. The house is ideal for 3 people, but we can accommodate till 5. The location is perfect - in a few minutes you are able to visit more than 4 beaches. Enjoy! It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. The house is in the coastal town of Agios NikolaosIn, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! You can go everywhere on foot. A car is recommended if you want to explore the whole area of Merabello and Lasithi. The house is in the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, with 4 beaches in the area.
