Ο χώρος φιλοξενίας "To Bee or not to Bee" είναι ένα διαμέρισμα 35 τ.μ. αποκλειστικής χρήσης του φιλοξενούμενου. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μικρό σαλόνι το οποίο συνυπάρχει με μια κουζίνα καθώς και χώρο μπάνιου. Ο χώρος αυτός αφιερώθηκε στην μέλισσα, το έντομο που τόσο αγαπήσαμε ως οικογένεια και αποτελεί την κύρια απασχόλησή μας. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 500 μέτρα από την παραλία της Αγριάς. Έχει δικό του κήπο, ανεξάρτητη είσοδο και ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ. Η Αγριά είναι ένα όμορφο μέρος κοντά στο Βόλο που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Έχει αρκετά καταστήματα εστίασης (παραδοσιακά τσιπουράδικα, κ.α). Εκτός από τις παραλίες της Αγριάς όπου αρκετοί κάνουν το καθημερινό τους μπάνιο, σε κοντινές αποστάσεις υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες και φανταστικές διαδρομές για πεζοπορία στο Πήλιο.

Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

It is located in the coastal village of Platanidia of Pelion which is only 15 minutes from the center of Volos and less than an hour from the rest of the picturesque villages of Pelion. Only 10 meters from the sea , the house is ideal for couples, groups, families (with children) and for those who want to combine mountain and sea escapes. Ideal for beautiful moments of relaxation and rest.

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
